  • Please make sure your device supports eSIM.
  • Confirm that your device is SIM-free (unlocked) or carrier unlocked.

Once your payment has been approved, your QR code will be available in My Page and via email.

  • Scan either QR code to begin the setup process.
  • For security reasons, SMS verification may be required.

* It may take a few minutes for your QR code to be issued. Please place your order well before your departure.
* If the QR code does not appear in My Page or you do not receive the email after an extended period, please contact us.

icon Purchasing Multiple Different Plans

If you purchase multiple plans in a single order, only one QR code will be displayed in My Page.

* If all plans are for the same destination, duration, and data allowance, all QR codes will be displayed correctly in My Page.

The remaining QR codes will be sent to you by email.
If you would like to manage all QR codes in My Page, please purchase each plan in a separate order.

Valid for 90 days from the date of purchase
  • Complete both the eSIM installation and the first network connection at your destination within 90 days.
  • Your plan validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination country.
  • Some plans have a 30-day validity period. Please check the product page for details.

Check points

・Depending on your mobile device or country, you may need to unlock your SIM. Please make sure the SIM is unlocked before purchasing.

・The expiration date of the eSIM is within 30 days including the date of arrival of the eSIM service activation email. Please set up your data plan before it expires.

・Please make sure you have an eSIM compatible mobile phone before purchasing. We cannot respond to requests for refunds/cancellations.

・24 hours per day (Example: If you purchase a 1-day plan: If you activate it at 10:00 on September 1st, you will be able to use it until 9:59 on September 2nd.)

・If you are unable to connect to the Internet with your eSIM after setup, please refer to the eSIM connection setup steps above and check your mobile phone settings.

・The eSIM 2D code can only be scanned once. Please be careful not to accidentally delete the eSIM after setting it up.

・To terminate the use of the eSIM function, please proceed from "Delete mobile communication plan".
